It is known that the variety called Origanum Minutiflorum is the richest in carvacrol and thymol and therefore best placed to make the oil of oregano.
preventive dose: 3 drops mixed with a little water or juice (30 ml), keeping a little bit under the tongue or gargle and swallow. Once a day.
Therapeutic dose: In case of acute take 3 drops 8 times daily.
For external use (warts, topical antiseptic), mixed with a little vegetable oil and apply on affected area.
